Threaded Jar Generator

Set the interior capacity you need, the tool works outward through wall and thread to the exterior size. Container and lid print as two separate parts with a matching trapezoidal thread; screw them together after printing.

Clearancemm, radial — gap between the lid's internal thread and the jar's external thread

Lead-in chamfermm — bevel at the jar's top edge and the lid's mouth, helps the thread catch; 0 disables

03 Lid

Lid wall thicknessmm — skirt wall around the internal thread

Lid top thicknessmm — closed top disc

Lid skirt heightmm — how far the skirt extends past the top disc; must clear the full thread engagement

04 Grip flutes

Flute countcount — vertical ribs around the lid; 0 = smooth

Flute widthmm — circumferential width of each flute

Flute protrusionmm — how far flutes stick out past the lid's skirt
